This nice holiday home is located about 2 km from Altavilla Milicia, between the towns of Palermo and Cefalù. The property offers a private pool from where you can admire a beautiful view of the sea as far as to the Gulf of Palermo. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and provides comfortable outdoor areas which are ideal for pleasant moments under the sun of the Sicilian summer.     “Das Haus ist sehr schön. Spektakuläre Lage (Pool mit Blick auf wunderschöne Bucht) und gute Ausstattung. Sehr nette Novasol-Verwalter, die immer hilfsbereit sind, wenn man etwas braucht. Nicht gut: Die Angabe "SAT-TV" ist falsch.”
