    “Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar nicht direkt in Desenzano del Garda und auch nicht direkt am Gardasee, sondern ca. 7 km entfernt im kleinen beschaulichen Ort Bettola. Das hat uns aber sogar besser gefallen, da es dort wesentlich ruhiger ist, man aber in wenigen Minuten in Desenzano oder in Lonato ist, wo man alles findet was man braucht. In Bettola gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Sehenswürdigkeiten, sondern direkt neben der Ferienanlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet sich ein ursprüngliches Lokal, in dem man gut essen oder auch mal eine Pizza holen kann.”

    “Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind vor Ort vorhanden. 1 x wöchentlich findet ein großer Markt (Kleidung und Lebensmittel) in der Stadt statt. Die reizende Stadt mit ihren Gassen und Straßen lädt zum Bummeln und Flanieren ein, es gibt viele schöne Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants. Am Hafen ist ein Fähranleger für große Schiffe, mit denen man fast alle Orte rund um den Gardasee erreicht. Desweiteren befinden sich einige Bootsvermietungen am Hafen. Sehenswert ist das Castello etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt, von wo man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und den Gardasee hat. Es gibt mehrere Badestrände, für die Badeschuhe empfehlenswert sind (Stein- oder Kieselstrände).”
